close location great choices hot room uncaring staff
the location was really close to the tube station. breakfast had plenty of choices and was worth the money. the room had a very comfy and tidy bed, i liked this.
the room was too hot and the temp adjuster did not work. staff didn't seem to care much about this problem.

the refurbished standard double room was very clean. the location was easily accessible and near west brompton tube station! the staff was friendly and helpful, a plus.

noisy room low flying planes
The location was convenient to public transport. It was close to the tube station.
the room was quite noisy. low flying planes seemed to pass overhead from early morning until late at night. it made it difficult to sleep soundly, even with earplugs.
